Our Commitment to Our Donors
We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by Diggity Dogs Service Dogs Inc., both online and offline, on any Platform (‘Platform’, includes the Diggity Dogs Service Dogs Inc. website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
Donation Refunds
If, for some reason, your donation was made in error, we offer a 14 day refund policy for all donations which begins the day you donate. Any donations made online that are refunded will be returned without the associated merchant fee that is charged by our payment merchant provider PayPal. Such funds are kept by PayPal at the time of processing the initial donation and are completely out of our control. PayPal has a 100% non-refundable fee policy. Please contact us via email at contactus@indogswetrust.org within 14 days of your donation to request a refund.
Client Fundraising Campaign Donations
In order to assist our clients in fundraising to cover a portion of the cost of their service dog, our organization creates fundraising campaigns on our website that they can use to raise funds towards the cost of their dogs. Donations made to a client’s campaign are subject to our standard 14-day refund policy. If, for any reason, a client withdraws from or is removed from the program (due to symptoms worsening or improving, for example), those funds will be considered a general donation to the organization and are, therefor, still tax-deductible. Donations contributed to their campaign will go on to support the organization and assist us in training and providing service dogs for others in need.
