This form is for providing feedback on your dog's performance in the first few months of placement. Please submit it weekly. (Putting a reminder in your phone helps! You may find it beneficial to keep notes throughout the week somewhere that you can add here at the end of the week.) Wondering what to practice? Review past progress reports to remember behaviors to work on! Remember to challenge your dog as they improve. Have fun when training! Your dog will notice and your relationship and communication will be strengthened as a result. Take breaks and weave play into your training whenever possible!
