Perception Modification: Conditioned Relaxation

$200

This five-week course will teach your dog to understand the difference between an alert and a relaxed state of mind and body.  This is a powerful realization that enables them to relax on command and eventually decide to seek a calm, relaxed state of being for themselves.

Class sizes are extremely limited, so reserve your spot now!  Each dog must undergo a private assessment prior to participating, in order for us to appropriately cater to each dog’s environmental requirements for success.

World-renowned animal trainer Kayce Cover, founder of Syn Alia Training Systems (SATS), developed the program for Perception Modification that this course is based on.  It is a protocol for teaching animals to handle stressors and manage their emotions.

Conditioned relaxation is the first of the two phases of SATS Perception Modification and is a powerful tool for helping dogs that struggle with:

  • Hyper-arousal, or the inability to calm down and relax when appropriate
  • Reactivity to people or other animals
  • Noise phobias
