A Service Dog for Allyssa

freedom & indepenence for a deserving young woman
A Dog for Allyssa

Allyssa has been suffering from bipolar, schizoaffective disorder, and a panic disorder, as well as anxiety and depression since she was young.

The daily tasks of just getting up and ready for the day can be extremely difficult. Simply getting out of bed and performing daily tasks and basic hygiene are often extremely difficult for Alyssa. She often feels like she just can’t do it.

“It is not easy getting out of bed every day and leaving the house to do things. There are just too many people and too much going on in the world for me to deal with. My anxiety feels like it goes out of control.”

Having a service dog will greatly help Alyssa with tasks of daily living, such as getting out of bed, going to the food store, and going to work.

"Being 22, I don’t want to be disabled I want to live my life! I want to have a job, and go out and enjoy things with my friends. I don't want to miss out on things because I am having a panic attack that I can't control."

Alyssa's service dog will warn her of an impending attack and help her cope with her symptoms. A service dog will help Allyssa live life to the fullest and become a thriving member of society.

Please donate to this worthy young woman's campaign and help her find the hope, independence and joy that she deserves in life!

Please also take a moment to spread the word and share Alyssa's campaign on social media! Sharing is caring!
